The mindset and approach to leading a team and how team members are treated. While not the only factor, the leader’s style affects the culture of the team. Style either enhances or inhibits a Team Mindset.

STRUCTURE

The cadence of how and when the project team will meet and interact during the project. Meeting times, planning sessions, problem solving – the leader’s structure either enables or restricts Team Communication.

SCHEDULE

The processes for communicating and managing the flow of work. The level of collaboration and ownership a leader fosters will maximize or minimize the amount of Team Engagement.
